The CORS Three-Year Panel
During the period 2026–2028, Comparative Research Center Sweden (CORS) will conduct a three-wave panel survey. Five research projects will contribute survey questions to the Three-Year Panel, and the data collections are funded by the Swedish Research Council.
In collaboration with the SOM Institute, CORS will launch a new longitudinal data collection in 2026 called the CORS Three-Year Panel. In this study, the same individuals will be asked to respond to survey questions over three consecutive years: 2026–2028. Data will be collected using a mixed-mode design with both paper and web-based questionnaires. The sample consists of 7,000 individuals randomly selected from across Sweden.
The study involves five social science research projects from different Swedish universities and higher education institutions. These projects were selected as the most suitable among approximately thirty applications, following an assessment by a reference group. All data collections within the Three-Year Panel are fully funded by the Swedish Research Council through CORS.
